Returns and Refunds
As we do not keep inventory of merchandise, if you wish to return an item that isn’t damaged or defective it requires us to make a request of the individual supplier. We cannot guarantee that suppliers will accept returns in every situation. Product must be unused and in original cartons, if approved. Freight and restocking fees may apply in the event of an accepted return.
Custom order items, such as upholstery, cabinets, mattresses, window treatments, etc. are not eligible for return.
